Responsible

• Present work and reports in English during meetings.
• Develop manuals, procedures, and documentation related to occupational health and safety, including monitoring and control processes.
• Investigate causes of workplace accidents, injuries, and work-related illnesses.
• Provide recommendations to all departments and advise employees on safety measures within the company.
• Guide employees on proper workplace safety practices and continuously improve safety efficiency.
• Collect, analyze data and statistics, and prepare reports with safety-related recommendations.
• Prepare reports and coordinate with external government authorities regarding occupational safety matters.
• Conduct risk assessments related to occupational health and safety.
• Deliver safety training for new employees and general staff.
• Prepare related documentation and perform other assigned tasks.
• Provide recommendations to employers to ensure effective workplace safety management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors and management.
• Conduct site inspections in kitchens, cafés, and school operational areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned. Candidates with experience in the food industry will be given special consideration.

• Good command of English with the ability to communicate and present effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
• Must hold a valid Professional Safety Officer license in accordance with legal requirements.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Professional Safety Officer.
• Strong planning and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Willingness and ability to travel to company sites as assigned.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva or other related programs.
